well... the brownies didn't turn out super bad. They are ultra thick though- about 2" high each. And each one weighs about 2 lbs I think. They are huge, dense and way too chocolatey for me! (did I mention that I am not a major chocolate fan?) The good news I guess is that my son IS a chocolate fan. Sooo he brought them in to school. I told him - you take all the credit for these ok sweets? (that's what I call him - don't ask - I have no idea where it came from).
so 2 days till Christmas! Are you excited? I know I am! I can't wait! I have so much shopping left to do. Prob about $150 left to spend. I've spent almost $200 already. This is prob the most I've ever spent on Christmas. I know to a lot of people it doesnt' look like I've broken the bank at all but trust me - single mom - this is a good christmas. plus I do a lot of Ebay shopping and sales. Ya know? And of course this doesn't count the $150 I spent on my Christmas party for my friends. Anywho - a lot of cash has gone out the door. I hope everyone loves what I've gotten them.
Hey did I tell you mom got me a Build a bear? LOL 31 yrs old and I get Build a bears. Funny! Well there is a reason. This one is a scrapbook bear. It's got a cute apron and the apron has a camera, a glue pen, a marker (none of which are real) and a little fuzzy scrapbook. She needs panties though cause her Bear bottom is just hangin out for the whole world to see! LOL When I told my 10yr old nephew that I got Sunflower, he got all excited and said "Auntie Kisha - now Adam will have someone to play with when he comes over!" lol... kids. Tyler wants a hockey monkey now. Apparently they have a cute hockey outfit that you can put on any of their Stuffed animals. Tyler wants it. Maybe -we'll see how much I spend tomorrow - that will decide if I get it or not.
