random thoughts...

So it's thursday and I have some random thoughts...

I hate interviewing. Especially for 'placement' agencies. even though they do most of the work for you, and you're more likely to get a better job thru them. Today though, it was mostly painless. I guess I just hate working to go to work...if that makes sense. One little 2 hr interview/testing can drain you as much as working 6-8hrs at a job you love.

Ty has youth group tonight. That means I can watch Smallville on my own. Cool. I can talk back to the TV.

One of the girls on one of my scrapbook groups did a small album called 35 things you didn't know about me in honor of her35th bday. Well my bday isn't coming anytime soon, and I'll be 32, but I was thinking maybe I could do a 31 things you may not know about me...

1.) I talk back to the tv (oh yeah - said that above)
2.) I'm still waiting for my true love to find me...
3.) I don't care for chocolate
4.) My favourite holiday is Thanksgiving
5.) I am active in my church and love every minute of it

So that's the start. Maybe I'll be motivated to do this book this weekend. My mom gave me a cool scrapbook once that doesn't have page protectors on it. I have to see if I can find some. I think I'd like to use that book though for this project. It's so cute. It's got two little girls on it, that are a black and white picture, but certain parts of the book are highlighted in colors. It's really cute.

R is distancing himself. I'm not sure why. Running scared maybe? Well I'm letting him. And sometimes you just, gotta let go you know? He's not ready... and he has to be ready before he is any good to me. So time will tell and God is good. Faithful. Loving, Just and merciful. He knows my heart, but he also knows what I need to do. And what I need to do is focus on Him, and let Him find my husband. Not me! LOL

Tyler has a field trip next week. I think it's the first one this year. He is going to Fort Niagara and then to lunch at the old country buffet. Sounds great. I actually want to go! LOL Maybe I'll get him a disposable camera to take pictures of his friends with. That'd be great right? :)

Ok enough random thoughts for today. I have to go start dinner. Meatloaf... yum!
