just quickly want to say that idea's and solutions are not the same thing.
if you give me an idea, it is not a solution. please do not expect me to act on an idea, because an idea is not a solution.
an idea is an idea. it is a possible action that might result in a solution. however, if said idea means i need to come up with more ideas in order for the solution to become reality, then it is neither a solution or a viable option.
so do not tell me that an 'idea' for soliciting help wanted is to distribute flyers in a parking lot if you do not also have an idea for who said manpower IS that will be putting the flyers in said parking lot so that we can solicite the help wanted that we need. and if I ask you who is to distribute said flyers please dont tell me i'm fighting you when you are giving me ideas - i am not. I am simply trying to finish the idea so that it BECOMES a solution! UGH!
