It's a good day. I have come home and I am not completely exhausted, or drained. Even though it's been a busy day - and weekend - I feel refreshed and happy!
Friday night - we went to a friend's house for game night. It was a small gathering - only 6 people because we wanted to play a game - The Settlers of Cataan. It's fun and I love playing. One day I'll invest in the game. The host was gracious, even gave free massages which was really nice! Boy did I need it. Neither of the boys were with me either. Tyler was at church, and Jay was at my sister's house for the night. We got in kinda late, but it was nice.
I was able to sleep in a bit (until 10am) on Saturday, and then I picked up my new glasses, the twins came over and we went to Jay's basketball game. After the game, we came home, made chili for Sunday night's dinner - then I picked up two kids from the youth group and the 5 of us headed out to Fredonia for a Sat night Youth service with a guest speaker, Chris D'Amico. It was AWESOME. Oh I cant' tell you how great it was to feel the holy spirit drop like it did. Kids got healed, got freed from depression, and addictions... the pastor spoke over Tyler in such a profound, real way - I believe it made an amazing impact. We got home soo late though - 2am! YIKES!
Today was another whirlwind day...but good. Church this morning was REALLY hard to get up to, but it was so worth it. SO worth it. Pastor was lead to teach in a really direct, simple way but revealed so much truth about you receive from God what you believe you will receive from him - and no more. God doesn't bowl us over under his power, or knock us into another room. It's not his way and if you're waiting for that kind of impact, you're not going to find it. You have to believe, and he will give his gift to you.
Anyway - so then I brought the Pastor's daughter home (We kid swapped!Jay for Anna) and we had grilled cheese for lunch, packed up for the chili cookoff dinner at church, and went to see Enchanted. I LOVE that movie! I can't wait to get the video. Some may disagree, but I think it is by FAR My favourite princess movie. It's just sooo cool :) I love how Giselle becomes a real life girl - and the actress makes the most amazing Princess :) It is truly old time fairie tale meets new bold and empowered woman. I love it!
Then at the church dinner I got to sit with my favourite minister and his wife. Ya know, when a Man of God speaks, Shut up and listen. Great truths are revealed from their hearts... don't try to push your opinion on him - just listen. If he invites you to speak - praise GOD for it... but listen with all there is to hear in your heart. It was awesome. I feel so loved and refreshed and overjoyed.
Tomorrow? Our new TV is being installed, and tomorrow night? We're going back for a 2nd dose of Chris D'Amico's preaching :) I can't wait!

WOW I would call them in the morning and find out what's going on. I don't understand "why" Corp does what they do. How some stuff from other company's can stay on the BB and then they pull other stuff.

Kisha! Just wanted to say I can't believe you can't get on the corp site. I know you and I don't always see eye to eye in discussions on the board, but I think the way corp is picking and choosing what to leave up and what to delete is RIDICULOUS! Hang in there and I hope you are back on soon. If you aren't I will be happy to write corp and express my disappointment in their actions!
