Veggie tales!

Ok so Nicole gets to go to awesome things like So You Think You Can Dance? but I get to go to Veggie Tales with my adorable neice Zoey, and my friend Lisa and her daughter Riley Jo. We had some fun! It was soo cute and the girls were great. Riley is only 21 months and Zoey is only 19 months so we were a little nervous they would be scared, but they really loved it - and behaved really well. I took over 60 pictures, but I won't bore you with all of them - just some really cute ones!

Here's some other pics of the last couple weeks - Tyler carving pumpkins at Karin's house, and some friends on the hike at Chestnut Ridge last week. I have a great story from Brad & Chris -wow those boys are TOO much fun and totally kindrid spirits. Ok so Chris spots a hornet's nest in a tree about 40 feet off the ground. Brad decides that yeap, this is exactly the kind of home accent he needs in his house. (WHAT? Since when did hornets nests become decoration must haves??) So Chris, without batting an eye, shimmies up the tree (these men are NOT 20 by the way) and starts carving the tree limb off of the tree with a pocket knife. I'm so not kidding here. I have pictures, but it's hard to see Chris up in the tree. I kept trying to take the pictures clearly, but they weren't really cooperating. Long story short - they cut the thing down (CRAZY!) and then Brad went back with his car and picked it up. I just knew that if they opened the truck a ton of hornets would come flying out of there! YIKES!
