I never intended this to be a weightloss tracking blog, but it seems to fit since that's what my life is focusing on around here. So today's weigh in only saw a .6lb loss, but still that's 1/2 of a lb and so I'm happy that it's not a gain... I'm also ahead of the game - by about 1lb since I wanted to be at 10lbs by Thanksgiving... and I'm definitely there. THAT feels good. I always fluctuated within a 5lb window, and now I know I've beaten that and am able to work towards my next goal of 5lbs by Christmas. It's nice. I like it much! I feel better in my clothes. I can't wait to see what the next 10lbs will bring!
