ah how I wish I had a sauna.
wouldn't that be nice? I bet it would melt all my cares away and relax my mind and muscles before I head to bed.
Oh well... I'm sure my mansion in heaven will be equipped with the right kind of sauna just for me.
We had Ty's parent/teacher conference tonight. It's always the same - he's such a joy, so much fun enjoys participating could be such a great student if he applied himself and were less social. Yeah right. My son lives and dies by the ability to 'be social'. He loves it. Soooo even though he got 19 assignments with straight A's and A+'s - he had several F's because he didn't bother to have his assignments SIGNED by me and didn't bother to turn them in! (UGH the SHEER laziness of it all is beyond me) and the F's took his grades right down. Well.... my B- student just showed me that with not hardly a single B or C in his book (Either all A's, A+'s or F's) he can do much better.
Sooo we skipped hockey tonight so he could concentrate on 2 other assignments that were due today and he 'forgot' to complete... and he was in bed at his proper time (almost) of 10pm.
After doing the dishes, writing a letter to my brother and closing down the house I myself am ready for rest. Again... where is that Sauna? Ah well - life is good. It could be worse and I'm thankful to God it's only getting better :)
