and I want to eat something, but I don't want to make a 'stupid eating' choice, so I go hungry. Sure there is yogart in the fridge, sure there are oranges. Heck there's even a can of yummy pineapple in the cupboard. But I want salt. Or chocolate. Or both.
So I eat nothing... for fear that I won't be satisfied with what I eat, and will want to eat something entirely different, in addition to my original eating that I wont' really want, but will eat because it's the better choice!

chocolate covered pretzels sounds good. Too bad I don't have any pretzels. I do have all the fixings to make a mean plate of nachos. Nachos are almost good for you. Cheese is good for you. Salsa is VERY good for you... does that negate the actual chips? *sigh* somehow I just don't think so....
