Talked to R last night - well most of the night. I pulled out all my old letters from him and read them to him. Boy there is so much in there. So much love, so much romance. For a boy of 18 he really had no problems expressing how he felt. It was hard to read them. It was interesting, it was fun, but it was hard. I mean to read how he poured his heart out to me... and offered me his soul... I just can't even imagine what happened to make him change his mind just a few short months later. And the letter I got from him that January. That last letter after we'd been broken up for a couple months signed "your friend". I told him how I'd cried when I got that letter because I was sooo sad about it. That was Jan 1991.
Well what are you going to do. It's in the past and you can't change the past, only improve the future. So we were on the phone almost the whole night. I had to call him this morning so that he didn't overlseep and miss his appt at 10:30! I would have felt AWFUL if he'd missed that. Thank God he won't though and we don't have to worry about it. He's up, and on his way.
In the meantime I'm quite sleepy. I got some sleep but not nearly enough. I'm supposed to go to curves tonight - I HAVE to go, since I am doing so well with the weight loss, but I'm also supposed to go to my friend's house for dinner. I better email her and see if we can post pone till next wed. Ty is giving me a hard time about planning it on Thurs since he goes to the youth group as Caz church on thurs nights. He doesn't want to miss it. I love that about him, that he doesn't want to miss church. At least not youth church! LOL I think reg. church he could do without. And we dont' even have a boring church!
Anyway I'd better get some work done. Before I pass out from sheer exhaustion.
