First off the fact that an 'outbreak' of pregnancies among middleschoolers would even HAPPEN is horrific! 2ndly that the school would deal with it by providing contraceptions is appalling!
Um... hello! What about teaching girls to keep their freakin legs shut and boys to keep it in their pants!!!!
