Credit card debt... bye bye bye! ROFL
Ok so I don't really HAVE credit card debt, but I DO have credit cards. And my discover was way high up there in interest rates. I'm getting 13.9% on my mastercard, and my Discover was like 17.9%! YIKES. Sooo I got on line, and wooppee (sarcasm) they raised my credit limit another $500. So I figured if I'm good enough for them to raise the limit, maybe I'm good enough for a lower interest rate too? So I called and the lady "Monica" is giving me a 3.99% 6 month rate on new purchases. (Great cause I only have like $50 on the card anyway...) and 14.2% after that. Isn't that awesome? I don't really use my credit cards if I don't have to, and if I do it's usually to hold me over till I get paid and then I pay them off ASAP, but at least I know I'm good for a few months with only 3.99% - that's lower than my car's rate.
Oh other good news - I found out my car is roughly worth twice what I owe on it. Yeah me! Of course, it's only worth about $4k but still...lol I owe about $1500 on it and it'll be paid off in January - thankfully. Then I can spend 6 or 8 months saving for a new car. I'd like to be able to hand this one to Tyler at 18 and get a new one, so I'd need to save a downpayment.
Anyway - I was working on wedding pics this morning. I took like 80 pictures! The lighting was bad though so I have to brighten them, and work on them a bit. Once I finish I will get them into a slide show (I won't post them ALL here) and load up. It was so lovely the wedding. Marcie was so happy and Tony was just a ball of tears. It was great. The dancing, the funny DJ... it was good. Really good. They are off to Hawaii for 8 days - sun, fun and being newlyweds! It's great!
Ok off to AC Moore. I've got a little list - Glitter, hole punch and water color pencils OR Copics if I can afford them - craft knife blades and googone. Yeap.. that's a little list!
MWAH!
