playing catchup

Gosh it's been a busy busy week. We had our winter event - Tour de Vine on Thursday night so the last week has really been the final push. We were so busy and I had so much to think about I kind of threw my weight watchers out the window. I didn't realize I was still making great choices because I was going to throw this week as a toss up - maybe even take it as a freebie.... but i weighed in and lost 2.8lbs. That means I lost the 2lbs I gained last week AND .8lbs from this week. That is awesome. I'm at a total of 10.2lbs over the last 8 weeks. I feel good about that. Next week, I'll be down more and I will go under my 10lbs increment which means I'll lose a daily point to eat.... but I think I'll be ok.

I joined Facebook. That's fun. I found a bunch of friends who'd refused to join Myspace which is cool. We chat and write on each other's walls and stuff. It's great!

I'm really wanting some pork chops. *sigh* I had whole wheat pasta with sauce instead. I am going to have pork chops tomorrow night though... yum - my splurge for the week.

We misplaced our digital camera and I feel sick about it. It has been missing for more than a week and I have no idea where it is. The last time I saw it, Tyler's friends were looking at the pictures on it from Halloween and we haven't seen it since. It was in the car and I know that they handed it to him - but we don't know what happened after that. My gloves are missing also - so maybe they are in the house somewhere - can you believe God with me to bring the camera back - or a better one?

Anyway - I am rambling... no pics for updating because no camera but I'll try and remedy that soon!
