Good morning!

Hi everyone. Well today is monday, two weeks before our next event. Wow, we have a lot of work to do. We have tons of donations to pick up, forms to print up, sponsorship pages to create, and phone calls to make.

My weekend was great - I went shopping yesterday and bought curtain rods and window treatments for the living room. I haven't had anything but shades in there for the last year, and quite honestly I needed to do SOMETHING about it. Eventually I need to replace the shades too, but not quite yet as that will be another $150 and I just don't want to spend that right now.

I slept so good last night it was awesome. Thank you Jesus.

ok Hey I have to say this real quick. Tomorrow - please go out and vote. It's so important that each one of us be involved in the voting process. We have a duty to pray for our leaders, and to allow the Power of the Mighty God to help us elect the right leaders. But if we don't act - all the prayer on the planet will not help the right candidate get into office. God's will does NOT override our Free Choice. Consider that ok and please look deep in your spirit and ask the Holy Spirit to guide your hand.

I can't say I have a deep peace about either candidate but I can say that I feel better about one over the other. that is how the Holy Ghost leads us. Not thru constant research which will turn up garbage about both candidates - Not thru TV shows, Not thru radio comments, or radical or even maverick style debates... God leads us thru an inner knowing, an 'intuition' in our spirit which brings peace and a level feeling of balance. It's when you push the button, and you know you did the right thing.

So go Vote tomorrow. Consider your most basic moral convictions. Is it money, or is it life?

Hey on a lighter note, not only am I down 9.4lbs, but Tyler scored his first goal last night and it was fabulous. They still lost the game 3-2, but they came back from a 3-0 lead. I'm very happy for him. He had friends at the rink last night too so it was great for them and it'll be all over school today that he scored. He feels good about that.
